Safeguarding your assets and loved ones with our simple process providing much needed peace of mind

Many people find discussing and planning for death difficult which is why our consultation process is tailored around our clients.
WHAT IS A WILL?

Your Will is a legal document prepared and drafted to carry out your wishes upon death. The right Will ensures your assets are passed to the people you want and provides much needed peace of mind for when you are not around.

Why do you need a will

If you die without a Will, there are certain rules which dictate how your assets are dealt with which does not guarantee your assets will pass to the people who you want them to go to. Research from Royal London states that nearly 54% of UK adults do not have a Will and 5.4 million people do not know how to make one which is why we are here, to make that process simple and transparent.

Afterall, this is one of the most important documents in your life. Secondly, you will receive your final Will alongside our easy-to-follow signing guide, once your Will has been signed, dated, and witnessed by two parties it will be in legal force ready for when it is needed.

Storing your Will

It is vital that your Will is held safely and securely until it is required. The loss of these legal documents causes unnecessary distress and costs for your loved ones. We provide safe and secure storage through our partner, Deedbank Document Storage who have stored legal documents since 1997.

Updating your Will

It is recommended your review Will every three to five years but events such as divorce, family bereavement or a change in financial status can mean a more immediate revision is needed. With this in mind, we offer a free amendment service* in conjunction with Deedbank Document Storage and our consultation process will provide you the information you need for this service.
